  • Australian Generosity Foundation ("AusGiving") is the Australian Network Member charity within the TrustBridge Global Network. AusGiving works with TrustBridge Global Foundation ("TrustBridge") Switzerland to support Australian donors in achieving their giving goals. This collaboration enables donors to establish a Foundation Fund (also known as Donor Advised Fund) with TrustBridge for international giving and a Giving Fund with AusGiving for domestic giving. Please complete this application for both international and domestic giving.

    AusGiving and TrustBridge are obligated to follow certain regulatory requirements. This includes verifying the identity, address and source(s) of wealth (to include occupation, employer and role) of the originating donor. In some circumstances, we will be able to undertake checks electronically, however it may be necessary for us to request additional documentation or information.

  • To verify the permanent residential address of an individual, ONE of the following is required (no more than 3 months old):

    • A bank statement addressed to the individual at the permanent residential address they have stated.
    • A utility bill addressed to the individual at the permanent residential address they have stated (mobile/cell phone bills not accepted).
    • Telephone directory for the locality from which the individual is from and showing the address provided by them.
    • Documents addressed to a PO Box are not acceptable, unless the residential address is also included.

  • IDENTITY VERIFICATION

  • At least one piece of identification per client must contain a photograph, name, date and place of birth, nationality, identification number and the date and place of issuance. A copy of a valid passport or government-issued ID taken from original documentation (not copy documentation) is required for all parties. In all cases the copies must be clear.

  • SIGNATURES AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

  • I acknowledge that my Giving Fund with AusGiving and my Foundation Fund with TrustBridge Global Foundation (together, the “Funds”) will each be subject to the respective policies of AusGiving and TrustBridge regarding fund administration and grantmaking.

    I agree that each Fund will be governed independently by the applicable terms and conditions of the respective organization, including (i) the AusGiving Terms and Conditions and Giving Solutions Guide, and (ii) the TrustBridge Terms and Conditions and Giving Solutions Guide, as each may be amended from time to time and are incorporated herein by reference.

    I understand that AusGiving and TrustBridge Global Foundation are separate and autonomous entities, each retaining full discretion and control over the approval, administration, and oversight of its respective Fund. Approval or action by one organization does not imply or guarantee approval or action by the other.

    I further understand that contributions intended to qualify as tax-deductible in Australia will be made to AusGiving, which will retain full legal ownership and control of such contributed assets in accordance with applicable law and its governing policies. Any subsequent transfers, distributions, or grants involving TrustBridge Global Foundation will be conducted in accordance with the respective policies and procedures of each organization.

    My communications regarding either Fund are advisory only, and all final decisions, including those related to grants and fund administration, rest solely with the respective organization administering that Fund.
